| First Timers
When most people think of yoga, images of chanting and people manoeuvring into seemingly impossible positions come to mind. Yoga is NOT just for the fantastically flexible. In fact, if you are not flexible, if you cannot touch your toes, or perhaps cannot even see your toes, you are a perfect candidate for the benefits of yoga.
- First time students need to register at least 15 minutes prior to class. Please be on time.
- Wear something light and fitted such as shorts, singlet top, sportsbra or lycra gym wear. Avoid sweats, long pants and heavy t-shirts. The room is heated and you will sweat alot.
- Bring a positive attitude and an empty stomach.
- Hydrate yourself by drinking 2 litres of water before class and stop drinking 30 minutes prior.
- Bring a big towel and a bottle of water. Both are available for a small fee at the studio.
- Expect an overall feeling of enhanced wellbeing.
