Direct Debit Terms & Conditions
Direct Debit contracts will be for a 6 month or 12 month period with payment deducted either fortnightly or monthly.
BYBJ use Ezi-Debit who charges a once only set up fee of $2.20.
Admin fees per transaction -
Direct Debit: Paid by BYBJ.
Visa/MCard/BCard: 2.2% - min $1.10
Amex/Diners: 4.4% - min $1.10
At the end of the contract payments will continue as usual unless we are advised in writing / email 14 days prior to the contract termination.
Direct debit payments will be from the date you sign your contract and will reoccur each month on the same date.
Suspension - During the 6 month contract members may suspend their payment ONCE ONLY and during the 12 month contract members may suspend their payments TWICE ONLY with out charge for a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 3 months. Further suspensions or length of suspension will incur an administration fee of $10 per suspension.
Cancellation - Cancellation of Direct Debit before the end of the contract period will require a 15% payment of the outstanding balance.
If the contract period has expired members may request cancellation in writing / email no later than 14 days before the next debit date.
